About the Practitioner

For over a decade, I worked in the complex realities of crisis services and recovery.

I realized that while talking helps us understand our stress or traumatic histories, it is the interruption of that stress-the physical descent into stillness-that truly helps restore us.

I created Drift State because I believe we all need a place where we aren't required to be "on." This isn't just a massage; it's a curated environment designed to let your nervous system stop its constant dialogue with the world.

I bring my background in trauma-informed care to every session, not to analyze your day, but to ensure this space is predictably safe and entirely yours. We aren't here to solve the noise of life-we're here to step out of it.

My sessions draw from deep-tissue, Swedish, and sports massage techniques, integrated with somatic grounding—all adapted to what your body requires for measurable, structural relief.

Our Studio

I practice inside the Evans School, a building that has watched this city transform for over a century. In an ever-shifting landscape, I aim to offer something increasingly rare: a deeply rooted sense of place.

Your environment should be as precise as the work itself- our equipment is selected to facilitate physiological safety:

Custom-Width: At 32 inches wide, the table fully cradles your shoulders and arms, eliminating the need for unconscious bracing or guarding.

Support: The Flex-Rest memory foam face cradle contours to your face without compressing your sinuses, allowing you to settle into stillness without managing discomfort.

Alignment: A specialized bolster system maintains your spine in neutral alignment, addressing low-grade tension held during rest.

Accommodation: The table includes a chest-relief recess to ensure a comfortable, neutral position for those requiring reduced pressure in sensitive areas.

Regulation: High-performance linens are utilized to regulate your body temperature, maintaining a consistent clinical environment throughout your session.

Our Products

We intentionally partner with small-batch makers who understand that physical recovery is a gradual practice — one that deserves thoughtful, high-quality materials: GARA Skincare, Yoga Balm CBD, Earthlite full-spectrum CBD oil, OM Botanical Magnesium Cream and Formulary 55 Shea Butter.

By consciously excluding overstimulating essential oils in favor of pH-balanced hydrosols and mineral-dense topicals, we create a synergistic and safe infrastructure for recovery.

Product use is customizable, completely optional and discussed prior to your session. Full body CBD sessions are booked as a standalone session- the Blue Hour.
